diet plan to lose 5 kg in 2 days

Today I will tell you about a wonderful diet for losing 5 kilos in just two days. 

the first day: 
We abstain from food for 4 hours after waking up from sleep, 
abstaining from food and not drinking and this is called intermittent fasting, 
In this period, you can only drink sugar-free drinks. 

first meal: 
2 boiled eggs and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 


The second meal: 50 g of beef cooked with a spoon of butter with spinach or green beans or cooked okra. 


the third meal: a can of yogurt 120 g with leafy vegetables such as lettuce or watercress. 

The second day: 
consists of two meals and intermittent fasting for six hours after waking up, 

the first meal: 2 boiled eggs and 50 g cheddar cheese, 

the second meal: 100 g vita cheese and two tablespoons of nuts and salad.  


This diet will lose you 5 kilos in two days.
